Intrepids AI INT is a Delaware limited liability company headquartered at 2021 Fillmore Street, San Francisco, CA 94115. Intrepids AI OPS is a variable capital company from Mexico City headquartered at 82 Isaac Newton, Apt 1, Mexico City, CDMX 11560. We provide a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that powers voice and communications automation through artificial intelligence, helping businesses optimize customer interactions through automated call systems and workflows.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To access certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.

Intrepids AI's platform and services enable Clients to build, configure, and deploy AI-powered voice agents and workflows integrated with telecommunications networks. Our Services include API access, client dashboards, analytics tools, and integrations with external providers. The Services are hosted on secure infrastructure provided by AWS and powered by communication partners such as Twilio, Voxbone, Telmix, and others.

Clients agree to:

• Use the Services only in compliance with applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws.
• Maintain accurate and complete account information.
• Obtain all necessary consents from End Users before collecting or processing their personal data.
• Avoid using the Services for unsolicited communications (spam), harassment, or illegal content.
• Refrain from interfering with the security or integrity of our platform.

You are solely responsible for the legality, integrity, and quality of the data and content you submit through the Services.

Service fees are detailed in your service agreement or order form. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due in advance. We support payments through Stripe, PayPal, MercadoPago, or other payment methods provided through our platform. Late payments may incur fees or suspension of Services.

All intellectual property related to the Services, including code, designs, logos, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Zonora AI or its licensors. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of your own content and data. By submitting content through the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it solely to provide and improve the Services.

Each party agrees to protect the other's Confidential Information with reasonable care and not disclose it to third parties, except as required by law. "Confidential Information" means all non-public information disclosed by either party in connection with the Services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". Zonora AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for delays or failures beyond our control, including telecommunications outages or third-party service disruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intrepids AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zonora AI and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, demands, or losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, unless otherwise stated in the order form. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease. Sections related to Confidentiality, Intellectual Property, Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and, where applicable, the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware or California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Site or via email. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
